The artist

Phil Plested is an English singer-songwriter from Watford. He broke through in 2016 with "Touch" for Little Mix (UK #4), and has since spent the last several years penning songs for some of pop music's biggest names — including Lewis Capaldi ("Hollywood", the UK and US Radio #1 "Before You Go", and UK #1 "Forget Me"), David Guetta x Bebe Rexha (UK #1 and #3 Billboard Hot 100 "I'm Good"), and the Jonas Brothers ("Leave Before You Love Me" ft. Marshmello).

He's currently in the studio with Lewis Capaldi, Niall Horan, Anne-Marie and Bastille, while continuing to tell his own story as the artist Plested. He's won the ASCAP Most Performed Pop Songs award (2021, for "Before You Go") and has multiple BRIT Award nominations.
